Client Case Study: It's Luke Williams

Simple & Successful Website Design

It's Luke Williams Website | Meredith Paige | Small Business Websites

The Brief:

This client needed to move fast with a website that would be ready to receive customer enquiries after his appearance at a major industry event to launch.

The website also needed to be simple, uncluttered and easy to navigate, encouraging potential customers to book a free call with Luke and move closer to a purchase.

It also needed to build trust by being warm, inviting and insightful.

The Website

The It’s Luke Williams website needed to meet the following needs:

  • Establish a clear value proposition and point of difference in a heavily crowed industry of health, life & wellness coaches

  • It need to connect to his orbital brands in a way that was logical, adding value to the overall message

  • It needed to convince potential customers to book a free phone call with Luke to move them closer to a sale, without seeming salesy or overly coercive

Website features

  • Built in Squarespace, allowing for easy use by the client when needed

  • Single page experience with jumplinks throughout - modelled of a sales pages concept which focuses on a single key message and call to action.

  • Custom accent font that adds to the brand’s impression on the website.

  • Overlapping text & images for a less structured, more conversational feel.

  • Package prices available behind an optin form, allowing Luke to use this as a database building tool (i.e. potential customers request the package prices be emailed to them, in doing so entering their details into a database for follow ups and future marketing).

  • Integrated scheduling tool (Acuity) which links in with other calendar apps (Google, Apple) to allow for automated discovery call bookings without conflicting commitments. The client also receives notifications about new calls booked, complete with all details needed in advance.

  • Instagram gallery integration to encourage customers to connect on other platforms.
